Positive: Great location for Campus Festival, nice size rooms, two desks, air conditioning.

Negative: Waking up to the cleaners at 6-7 am every morning, as they smoked and loudly chatted outside our room. Beds were uncomfortable, TV did not have a good signal and we were unable to watch. Drain was clogged in the shower, we had to be careful how to shower without causing flooding in the room.

Summary: You get what you paid for, big size rooms with aircon.

Positive: The receptionist was great! Assisted abive and beyond with explaining the facilities. Also extremly helpful with advicing on activities in the city such as food and shops special praise to her!
